Booking and Cancellation Policy

Making a booking

You can book a service online by selecting a service, date, time and specialist. A deposit may be required to confirm the booking, as described in our Payments document.

What is stored with a booking

• Date, time, service and expected duration
• Price and deposit amount
• Assigned specialist
• Status (e.g. confirmed, completed, cancelled, no-show)
• Payment status and method
• History of cancellations and reschedules
• The consents and the version of each legal document you accepted at the time of booking

Free cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. There is no limit on the number of free reschedules.

Later cancellation

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, 10% of the booking value is retained. For example, a 3-hour booking at €60/hour (€150) would retain €15. The applicable amount is always shown to you before you confirm the cancellation, and no card is charged automatically without a separate payment step where a charge is required.

No-show

If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling, the 10% deposit is forfeited. Any further consequence will only ever be applied to the extent permitted by law.

If we need to cancel

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will first offer you a new time with an additional 20 minutes of treatment free of charge. If you do not want to reschedule, you will receive a full refund of any amount already paid for that booking.

How to cancel

You can cancel or reschedule a booking directly from your client account, or by contacting us. Cancellation terms and any applicable fee are shown before you confirm the cancellation.

Deposit

A deposit of 10% of the booking value is generally required to confirm a booking; it counts towards the final price of the treatment.
