Scope

These terms govern your use of the EPIL ZAGREB website and online booking platform, operated by SHODO j.d.o.o.. Separate documents govern the services themselves (see Service Terms), bookings and cancellations, payments, and consents for specific treatments.

Permitted use

You may use this website and platform only for lawful purposes connected with browsing our services, booking appointments, and managing your client account.

Accounts and security of credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at epilzagreb@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, booking a service, or completing any questionnaire, and to update it as needed.

Prohibited behaviour

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Uploading unlawful, defamatory or harmful content.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the website or platform.
• Using the site to harass staff or other clients.
• Circumventing age or guardian-consent requirements for minors.

Availability

We aim to keep the website and platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may suspend access for maintenance or other operational reasons.

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

Intellectual property

All website content is protected as described in the Legal Information document and may not be reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which remain unaffected.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first at epilzagreb@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it directly. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and may pursue out-of-court dispute resolution as described in our Complaints document.
