How multi-hour treatment packages work, including validity, use, and what happens if you cancel.

Validity
A package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused hours remaining after this period expire, unless we agree an extension with you in a specific case.
How hours are deducted
Hours are deducted from your package balance as treatments are completed, based on the actual duration used. Your remaining balance is visible in your client account.
Booking with a package
You can apply your package balance towards a booking at checkout; if a booking exceeds your remaining balance, the difference is paid using another accepted method.
Transferability
Packages are personal and are not freely transferable to another person. If you wish to stop using your own package, you may cancel it and receive a gift certificate for the remaining value instead, where this option is available in the system.
Cancelling a package
If you cancel a package, used hours are charged at the standard rate rather than pro-rata, as explained with a full worked example in our Refund Policy.
Suspension or misuse
We may suspend a package in cases of suspected misuse (such as attempted transfer to an unauthorised person) while we investigate, and will inform you of the reason.
