Purchase, use, validity and refund rules for EPIL ZAGREB gift certificates.

Purchase and delivery
Gift certificates can be purchased online or in the salon and are delivered electronically, physically, or both, depending on the option chosen at purchase.
Activation and validity
A gift certificate becomes usable once activated, generally at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Its validity period and any other specific conditions are configured by the salon and stated at the time of purchase and on the certificate itself; we do not apply a validity period that is not disclosed to you at purchase.
Use and partial use
A gift certificate can be used towards one or more bookings, including partial use, with the remaining balance available for future use until it expires.
No cash payout
The remaining balance of a gift certificate is not paid out in cash, except where mandatory law requires it.
Transfer
A gift certificate may be given to and used by someone other than the original purchaser, unless stated otherwise on the certificate.
Loss or theft
If a gift certificate code is lost or believed stolen, contact us as soon as possible; we will assist where reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee recovery of value already redeemed by an unauthorised third party.
Refunds and statutory withdrawal
Refund of an unused or partially used gift certificate is handled in line with our Refund Policy and any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal applicable to your purchase, which is not excluded by this document.
Expiry
Once its validity period ends, a gift certificate and any remaining balance can no longer be used, save where the law requires otherwise.
